Where can I get the exam link to start it after purchase?
After purchase a exam, you can login and visit My Account page to see the exam link. You can start the exam for each set by just clicking on it.
What is the refund policy?
We provide a refund for those who unfortunately couldn’t pass the actual certification exam. The refund claim must be raised within 2 weeks of the actual exam. Also, you need to share the scorecard with us. Once we receive your scorecard within this time period, we will initiate the refund without any further question.
How can I renew a expired practice set?
Just contact us and we will extend the expiry date for you. Renew cost is 50% of the practice set cost and valid for 1 month.
I want to report an issue, how to do this?
